Tomáš Studeník

Tomáš Studeník is a radical innovator, author and founder of the consulting company Insane Business Ideas. He organizes CEE Hacks innovation marathons, where teams from around the world tackle challenges in sustainability, healthcare, energy, mobility and technology.

He introduced FuckUp Nights to the Czech Republic, published The Big Book of Fuckups, and has led projects such as THEAITRE, Caelestinus, PLaiPRAGUE and BLACKOUT PRAGUE. He helps companies, cities and public institutions discover new opportunities and develop an innovation mindset.

Petra Meliška

Petra Meliška is the CEO of 42 Prague, an innovative IT school focused on democratizing technology education through a peer-to-peer learning model. She built her professional reputation during more than twenty years at Škoda Auto, where she spent seven years leading the Recruitment and Employer Branding department. Under her leadership, the department set new standards in talent acquisition and student engagement. Today, she applies her corporate leadership experience to developing the next generation of software engineers.

Julian Toth

Julian drives the transition towards a sustainable economy by scaling purpose-driven startups. He is an investment manager at Soulmates Ventures, an accelerator and VC fund for sustainable innovation. With a strong focus on sustainable finance, he plays a key role in shaping the fund's direction and supporting portfolio companies. Before joining Soulmates Ventures, he was the Chief Operating Officer at the International Sustainable Finance Centre (ISFC) and worked in relationship management at BlackRock. He founded the Czech Sustainable Investment Forum and co-founded the CEE Sustainable Finance Summit and Climate Week Prague. He also served as a member of the Platform on Sustainable Finance for the European Commission. Julián studied Ecological Economics at The University of Edinburgh and Business Management at Canterbury Christ Church University.

Jan Čapek

Jan focuses on driving operational excellence, governance, and partnerships with innovative start-ups. He is the Governance Director at Soulmates Ventures, an accelerator and VC fund for sustainable innovation. He leverages his background in investment management and strategic consulting. Prior to joining Soulmates Ventures, Jan served as the Managing Director and Portfolio & Investment Manager at the private investment company and family office UP 271. He also spent over eight years at EY Business Consulting, where as a Manager he led projects focusing on operational excellence and management consulting, particularly within the Power & Utilities sector. Jan holds a Master's degree in International Business from the Prague University of Economics and Business

Petra Ondrušov

Petra Ondrušová is the Chief Sustainability Officer at Česká spořitelna, where she is responsible for the sustainability strategy and its integration across all areas of the bank’s operations. She brings extensive experience from the banking sector and senior leadership roles, including premium banking and diversity, which she now connects with sustainability and social responsibility.

She sees sustainability as a catalyst for innovation and long-term prosperity. Her goal is to integrate ESG principles into everyday business practice – from supporting clients’ financial health and decarbonizing the portfolio to strengthening societal resilience and investing in education, affordable housing, and civil society.

In her work, she emphasizes that sustainability is not just about regulation and reporting. She focuses on changing mindsets and embedding responsibility into every decision, with a real impact on the future.

Ondřej Víša

Ondřej Víša is a Sustainability Expert at Česká spořitelna, where he focuses on the ELENA programme supporting energy-efficient renovations of residential buildings. He connects technical solutions, financing, and public funding to help turn renovation plans into viable investment projects. Prior to this, he gained experience at Deloitte and CBRE, focusing on ESG reporting, sustainability due diligence, and the decarbonisation of buildings. He focuses on delivering practical, scalable solutions that accelerate the transition to a low-carbon built environment, contributing to Česká spořitelna’s 2030 strategy.
